Therefore, we try to be as present as possible wherever you are. Our customer service is online every day, 363 days a year. The last 2 days is used for internal training, to improve the support service.
You can get in touch with us using the following channels:
From almost anywhere on the Surftown page, you are able to chat with us by using the Chat with us in the bottom right corner of the page. Clicking it will open a little box where you can enter name, mail, language (just in case) and enter the actual message. This will allow us to look up your account, based on the e-mail you enter, in turn making it easier to help you fast. If you do not already have an account with us, you can still use the chat, of course.
The chat is open all weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00 and weekends 10:00 to 18:00.
The chat is great for a lot of different issues, but if you contact us regarding a very technical issue, we may need you to create a ticket instead.
The support phone is open every day from 9:00 to 16:00. The phones are closed in the weekends.
As a VIP support customer, you get access to our phone support. This is for more urgent matters that requires immediate attention from us. All business customers have VIP support included. As a private customer, you can add VIP support to your subscription from the control panel.
If you need to get in touch with the sales department, or have questions regarding your invoice, you can call us even if you don't have VIP support.

Tickets are answered every day from 9:00 to 21:00. Weekends from 10:00 to 18:00.
If you are experiencing an issue that requires our technicians' consultancy, then a ticket might be a good idea. You can always start by contacting us through the phone. If the issue is to complex, we will create a ticket and escalate it for you.

Facebook and Twitter
We are online every day from 9:00 to 16:00, except from the weekends.
If you are on Facebook or Twitter, it might be a good idea to follow our channels there. We inform about maintenance and answer questions on our social channels. By following us, you will also be able to participate in our competitions.
