How do I get phone support?
All our customers can write to us via chat or the ticket system at any time, and we will answer as fast as possible - as a rule within 24 hours.
Telephone support for technical issues requires a so-called support code. A support code is included in all our business solutions, and private individuals can purchase it for six months or a year. Telephone support is purchased for a single webservice at a time. Besides phone support, this will also fast track any tickets you may create for the webhotel.
In this guide, we explain both where to find the support code, and how to buy a support code as a private customer.
1. Since phone support is purchased for a single webservice, you must go to your Dashboard and find the webservice you have, or wish to have, phone support for.
2. Once located, you will see a button beneath the Hosting overview, called Add Vip support. Clicking this button will show a popup window, showing any current phone support solution you already have, or allow you to purchase it if you have none.
3. If you do not already have phone support you will have the option of ordering it for a period of six months or a full year. After purchase, the code will be displayed instead. You will be guided through the purchase if you choose to do so.
