How do I find my support code?
Telephone support for technical issues requires a so-called support code. A support code is included in all our business solutions (Plus, Medium, Premium). Private solutions (Starter, Advanced, Expert) can purchase it for six months or for twelve months. Telephone support is purchased for a single web hotel at a time.
This guide will show you how to find your support code, so you are able to call our support department.
1. Start by logging in to your control panel here.
2a. Once logged in, you can find the support code under the three main categories (see picture).
