How do I put my trial website (xx.site.surftown.com) on my personal domain?

While your trial is active, once you publish your site, it will be accessible from the outside through a link in the form xx.site.surftown.com, where xx is the name you chose during creation. After the 14 day period, your site will be deactivated and put on hold until you assign it to the domain you want to use it with.

1. If you haven't already, you must upgrade your trial account to a full webhotel using the upgrade option, as described here.

2. If you already own the domain you wish to use with your Surftown Sitebuilder website, you can transfer or add the domain to your webhotel. If the domain does not already exist, you must instead register the domain.

3. Navigate to Surftown Sitebuilder in the Hosting category

4. If you have more than one domain on your webhotel, they will all be shown on your list on this page.

Map Domain

Choose the domain you want to connect your Trial site to by clicking the Map domain button. You will be able to choose any domain on the webhotel without an active Sitebuilder site.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACTION THIS IS PERMANENT AND CAN NOT BE UNDONE! YOUR TRIAL WEBSITE CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DOMAIN ONCE IT IS ASSIGNED TO ONE!
