Whitelisting an email address

In some cases, it may be required to whitelist an email address in the spam filter. In order to do this, you can use the Whitelist in the anti-spam settings in the Dashboard.

Please keep in mind, that the whitelist applies to all email addresses on a domain. Furthermore, please note that the whitelisting does not apply in cases where the entire sender server has been blacklisted for spamming.

1. Go to the Anti-spam settings in the Dashboard.

2. Select the domain or sub-domain in the list (1).

3. Enter the email address you want to approve in the White list (2). You can add multiple addresses, separated by line breaks. You can also use * as a wildcard in order to approve all email addresses on a single domain (i.e. *@domain.email).

4. Press Update to save the changes (3).
