How do i obtain an Auth or EPP code for my domain
When moving a domain from one provider to another, you may need an auth code, or in some cases, an EPP code. The code serves as a password that ensures that only you can move the domain.
When the code is sent, it will be sent to your domain's contact email address. As it is not neccesarily the same contact address as the one for your hosting account, you first need to make sure the contact details for your domain are up do date. More information about that is available here.
Normal processing time for cancellation handling is one to two business days.
