Service Desk is a paid service in addition to the regular Surftown support department. The regular Surftown support is included in your web hotel subscription and can help guide you while you solve tasks on your own.
With the Service Desk service, we do all of the work for you. In most cases, we solve the tasks working independently, but for some tasks we will book an online screen sharing meeting, so you can show us what you would like us to do.
