How do I change the anti spam settings for a domain?
This guide will show you how to modify the antispam settings for any domain.
Most of the mails sent around the world are, sadly, spam. We have a spam filter which you can set up and use for each domain on your webhotel. This guide will show you how to edit the information, and explain what the different settings mean.

2. If you have multiple webservices, find the one which has the domain your e-mail address exists on. If you have many and are in doubt which webservice you need, you can click here.
3. You will start on the Dashboard from where you can click Anti-spam under Email.
Spam Check Level: All mails have a spam-score. This is calculated based on various data about the mail. The various levels will cut out mails of different scores. If you feel that you are getting too much spam, you can turn up the aggression, to let less mails through. Note, that if you use the white- or blacklists you must have this set to Antispam System Default Value.
Action: This determines whether to mark messages as spam, or delete them permanently.
Whitelist: This is a list of mail addresses that will always be let through, no matter their spam score. You can use the sign * as a wildcard. For example you can accept all mails from a made up domain called legitmailsender.com by adding *@legitmailsender.com to your whitelist.
Blacklist: This is the more wellknown sibling of the whitelist, and will simply block all mails on the list. Again * is a wildcard. You can block several domains or mails by using it. For example adding *@spamsender.* will block mails from both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Once you are satisfied with changes on a domain, click Add to save them. This must be done for each domain you make changes to the anti-spam for.
