Understanding resource quotas

We want to be honest with our customers. Therefore, we have real bandwidth and storage quotas, simply because there is no such thing as 'free traffic' or 'free storage'. Each product has a different bandwidth and storage limit, that reflects the average needs of a user on the specific web account plan.

We do not close down your web account if you reach your limit. We don't bill for the exceeded traffic usage either. Instead, we will initiate contact with you, with the purpose of finding a proper solution.

You are able to view your current resource usage from your control panel.


Can I buy more traffic or storage space?

No, it is not possible to extend your quotas.

Instead, you can upgrade your product, as each product has a different storage and bandwidth limit. In case you fear exceeding our maximum resource limit on our web accounts, please contact our customer service for more information.
